Refund Policy

Vault Pro subscriptions · Last updated: July 2026
Try before you buy: every Vault Pro subscription is preceded by a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can verify the app works for your portfolio before paying anything.

1. Who processes your payment

All Vault Pro purchases are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and handles billing, VAT/sales tax, and payment security. Refunds are issued back through Paddle to your original payment method.

2. 14-day refund window

If you're not satisfied with Vault Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — no justification hoops. Contact us (below) or use the link in your Paddle receipt email, and we'll process it. Refunds normally reach your payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charges and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll refund it, provided the renewed period hasn't been substantially used. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — cancelling never deletes your data, and Pro features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Faulty or not as described

If the app is materially broken for you and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund the current billing period regardless of the windows above. This policy doesn't limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country, including any rights you may have under UK or EU consumer law.

5. What isn't refundable

6. How to request a refund

This policy applies to purchases of Vault Pro subscriptions. The free tier is free and carries no charges to refund.
